I’m Abe Ovadia, a lifelong sales professional with over 15 years of experience in outbound strategy, customer acquisition, and building revenue-focused businesses from the ground up. My career has been built on execution, trust, and a deep belief in solving problems through real conversations.

In 2012, I launched Master Strap, a consumer product brand where I served as Founder and Director of Sales Strategy. What started with a simple idea for a guitar strap evolved into a product line spanning luggage, crossbody bags, shoulder bags, licensed merchandise, and more, growing from 15 initial SKUs to nearly one thousand. Over nearly 13 years, I led all outbound sales, secured key B2B partnerships, and negotiated a licensing deal with the NCAA that helped build national brand visibility. I handled everything from market research and messaging to retail contracts and distributor relationships, always with a hands-on, customer-first approach.

In 2019, I founded Monmouth Music Academy, a performing arts school based in New Jersey. Over the next five years, I scaled the business while overseeing sales, marketing, and operations. I led customer acquisition through grassroots outreach and partnerships, managed the full sales funnel from inquiry to close, and built a strong multi-instructor team to support long-term retention and growth. By the time I exited in May 2025, the academy had served hundreds of students and established itself as a trusted community brand.

Today I work in tech sales, continuing to build pipeline, drive outreach, and close deals. I have worked with customers at every level, from parents and small business owners to directors and corporate teams, and I take pride in making sales conversations feel human, valuable, and outcome driven.
