I’m Abe Ovadia — a lifelong sales professional with over 12 years of experience in outbound strategy, customer acquisition, and building revenue-focused businesses from the ground up. My career has been built on execution, trust, and a deep belief in solving problems through real conversations.
In 2012, I launched Master Strap, a niche consumer product brand where I served as Founder & Director of Sales Strategy. Over nearly 13 years, I led all outbound sales, secured key B2B partnerships, and negotiated a licensing deal with the NCAA that helped build national brand visibility. I handled everything from market research and messaging to retail contracts and distributor relationships — all with a hands-on, customer-first approach.
In 2019, I founded Monmouth Music Academy, a performing arts school based in New Jersey. Over the next 5+ years, I scaled the business while overseeing sales, marketing, and operations. I led customer acquisition through grassroots outreach and partnerships, managed the full sales funnel from inquiry to close, and built a strong, multi-instructor team to support long-term retention and growth. By the time I exited in May 2025, the academy had served hundreds of students and established itself as a trusted community brand.
Today, I work in software sales — continuing to build pipeline, drive outreach, and close deals. I’ve worked with customers at every level — from parents and small business owners to directors and corporate teams — and I take pride in making sales conversations feel human, valuable, and outcome-driven.
